Fetus Ultrasound with Heartbeat

This is an ultrasound of a late stage fetus in a dog. This fetus is moving around and this is normal. The head of the fetus is to the right of the image. The body is to the left. If you look closely, you can see the heart beating. There is also a second fetus partially visible below the first one to the left.
